TAPROOTS: This is a collection of affordable educational, creative, and personal growth opportunities through venues such as groups, creative circles, seminars, workshops, and retreats—something for everyone in the community to improve their well-being. These offerings are designed to help people explore creative spirit, strengthen resilience, achieve a healthy lifestyle, enhance quality of life, improve relationships with others and within environments, and tap into resources and resourcefulness for self-care. WISDOM’S WAY: This gathering of programs and services is focused on maintaining and enhancing functioning and well-being for those who are 60+ years. Offerings include a comprehensive memory care model for those who are living with the symptoms of dementia, their families and their caregivers. Consultation is available for assisted living and memory care settings.
